GPS Moving Map Setup
I've added an accessory battery strapped to the top tube with a foot-long charging cable making sure my phone can keep the display live and google maps quoting turn by turn interrupted only by me taking pictures.
The sturdy loop mount phone holder along with right-angle cable and velcro strap hold everything together through all of the bumps. site

I usually wander slowly from place to place noting the variation in tree cover and dips in terrain. My GPS guided rides are more aerobic as I set a pace and keep it. My destinations are further away so I think this is a suitable new kind of wandering.
